A time for giving - SVWA

Dear Client,

As the Holiday Season approaches, we want to focus on our blessings. We believe that one of our major blessings is you, our client. We are grateful for the trust you have given us, both to manage your investment assets and to guide you in achieving your financial goals. We take that trust seriously, with a degree of pride, and with a large measure of appreciation.

An essential philosophy we try to live by is “We enrich ourselves by enriching the lives of others.”  Thanksgiving is a special time to put this in practice by supporting various charities that help under privileged children, provide relief to the hungry, medical help for the sick, support services for the elderly, and food and shelter for neglected and abandoned animals. We have always been, and will always be, strong advocates for philanthropy in big and small ways. In partnership with clients, friends and colleagues, we are committed to be part of a movement that creates change and enriches the lives of others.

For the past 25 years, we have encouraged clients, friends of clients, and family members to donate to a charity on our list, and then we will match the donation up to $100. We regret that we cannot honor requests received after December 14th.

Last year, selected non-profits received over $20,000, which doubled from the previous year ($8,690.00). We hope you can help us double that number this year!

Ready to get started? Here are your options:

  • Option 1: Send us a check, made payable to any one charity of your choice from the attached list, in any amount, and we will forward your check on with our matching contribution.
  • Option 2: Make a donation online to a charity on the attached list. Then forward a receipt of your donation to us by email (Monique@svwadvisors.com).

Keep in mind that some of you might be able to triple your donation. If your employer offers a corporate matching gift program, make sure you plan ahead so that you can take advantage of that program!

Once again, please accept our thanks for your continued confidence in us, and our best wishes for a safe and joyous holiday season.

Thank you for your support.
